AromaTouch Technique is a lovely, relaxing technique, using 8 specific DoTERRA essential oils
DoTerra essential oils are of a certified pure therapeutic grade (CPTG) They are 100% pure and natural and free of synthetic compounds, contaminates (such as pesticides or other chemical residues), fillers or artificial ingredients.
These essential oils have been chosen to balance and heal you on every level, addressing stress, toxic insult, inflammatory response and autonomic imbalance. They have been selected because of their unique aromatic properties, especially when combined. The oils are applied to your back, shoulders, head, neck and feet in such a way that they address your whole bodys needs and create systemic benefits - especially when you are already receiving regular kinesiology balances. It's a great way to unwind and let all your worries and stresses just slip away. The whole session takes an hour, with the actual technique taking 45mins.
I regularly hold DoTERRA workshops too, where you can find out more about the oils and what they can do for you. I also hold rollerball make n take classes. These are really fun because you actually get to make your own blends up and take them home. Because I am a kinesiologist I always muscle test you aswell to see exactly what blend you need, so this is an added bonus. Some workshops I show you energy techniques to help your body deal with certain stressors.
